1. Acceptance of these terms

By using frenx.com, booking a call, or engaging Frenx for a project, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

Frenx ("we," "us," "our") is a web design and development agency based in Nairobi, Kenya, providing website design, development, and related services described on this site.

3. Booking a call

Our booking tool lets you schedule a discovery call, which is conducted over Google Meet. By booking, you consent to your name, email, and any project details you share being sent to Google to create the calendar event and video call link. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly.

4. Project engagements

We offer three packages, described in full on our Pricing page:

• —Starter ($998/project) — up to 5 pages, 2 rounds of revisions, 30-day post-launch support.
• —Growth ($2,400/project) — up to 15 pages, 5 rounds of revisions, a 3-month support retainer.
• —Enterprise (custom-quoted) — unlimited pages and complexity, with ongoing SLA-backed support.

Prices are per-project starting points for standard scope. Anything beyond what's listed above — extra pages, additional revision rounds, custom integrations, rush timelines — is quoted separately and confirmed with you in writing before we begin that work.

5. Payment

• —A deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining balance split across project milestones or due on delivery, as confirmed with you at kickoff.
• —Revisions beyond the rounds included in your package are billed separately at our standard rate.
• —Late payments may pause project work until the outstanding balance is resolved.
• —Deposits are non-refundable once work has started; refunds for undelivered work are handled case-by-case.

6. Intellectual property & code ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final source code and design assets transfers to you. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Frenx. We may reference completed projects in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Your responsibilities

Projects move fastest when we get timely feedback and any content, assets, or access (e.g. hosting, domain) we need from you. Delays on your end may affect the delivery timeline.

8. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to use frenx.com to:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• —Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• —Interfere with the normal operation of the site.

9. Third-party services

Our booking tool relies on Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy, which we don't control.

10. Disclaimers

We build sites to a high standard, but results like traffic, leads, or revenue depend on many factors outside our control (your market, content, ongoing marketing, etc.), and we can't guarantee specific business outcomes. This site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your project agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frenx isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project.

12. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing project engagement as set out in the relevant project agreement. We may suspend access to this site for anyone who violates these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in a signed project contract.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
